Forum has been totally fixed 100%.
Took so long because fixing one problem lead to another problem, which ended up with a upgrade to the newest SMF and then a backup loaded.
Anyways, all the post are what they were, no data was lost.

All problems have been fixed, and will never occur again.
Forum is still down till I find time to fix it. Perhaps tomorrow.
